All it takes is a striking red stripe to freshen up graphic black and white for fall. And the thin leather bar isn’t just about looks either – it acts as a strap to tuck the flap into (there’s also a magnetic closure on the underside to keep everything together). Sadly, that oddly narrow flap makes the whole bag look a little off balance…
Celebs have been spotted beating the summer heat lately in pretty printed pants. They are trendy, comfortable but can be dressed up with heels and a blazer if you need to kick it up a notch in a flash.
White is Klassic and sophisticated, yet somehow white watches with Frugal price tags usually end up looking cheap. Something is just off about them, and typically it’s the logo placement (or size – bigger is not better in this case!). Of course that’s no problem for Karl Lagerfeld.
And the winner of the most improved award is Nina Ricci! Gone are the tassels, the whipstitching, and the overly nipped and cinched designs we’re used to. This exudes sophistication and control. The way the rolled handles transition into pin tucks is such clever craftsmanship.

As much as I love the luscious lambskin Loewe has, this calfskin is far more durable and resilient – and still incredibly, pliably soft and lightweight. I feel more comfortable using a bag with grainy texture everyday, with no fear of ruination. For me, the larger size makes sense, while the smaller version is really cute for petite girls.
