I could never say enough good things about Target – from resilient ribbed tanks that last countless washes, to the biggest, wonderful smelling affordable candles I’ve seen, they take the cake when it comes to delivering on quality bargain shopping. There’s no comparison (as anyone who has shopped recent H&M designer collaborations knows), to the quality of the products that result from their designer collaborations to any other mass retailer’s, which is what got me excited about trying their new Napoleon Perdis NP Seth Bath & Body collection (launched last month).
For anyone on a beauty budget, bath and body products are the easiest places to save (as opposed to makeup and treatment creams for your face) – just make sure to avoid anything overly fruity smelling. Napoleon Perdis‘ bath & body Target collection includes body wash, moisturizer, body polish, fragrant spritz, and bath salts, each in three scents. Target has definitely mastered Tahitian Vanilla (check-out their Vanilla candles next time you’re at one of their stores!), and the Vanilla NP range is my favorite. I get a slight hint of coconut from the scent, which helps balance it out. They’ve also go Jaipur Jasmine (sweetest one) and Moroccan Citrus (very orange-y without being fruity-sweet). Everything in the collection is priced at under $15 (the bottles are big – think 16.9 oz body lotion), and is formulated with essential oils, and no parabens, sodium laurel sulfate or synthetic dyes.
