Give Yourself A Wedgie

There’s something about a wedge that makes people notice you more. I always find this funny when people gawk at my shoes and say “how on EARTH do you wear those, they are so high!” Actually, no, they are just as high as every other giant heel I wear, they are simply filled in the middle. Please stop making me explain this phenomenon and go get yourself a pair. You’ll get what I mean. I also tend to sometimes find them more comfortable because the drop from heel to toe can be more gradual in wedges (not all) taking the pressure of the slant off the front.

I wore a pair of nude zip ups to a wedding last month and I got more comments/compliments/awkward stares then I have had since I wore my over the knee patent leather stiletto boots on a Sunday (huge mistake-btw). Now, I don’t know if I was getting these comments because it was an extremely religious wedding and everyone else was in black while I donned a summer pale yellow strapless French Connection number, and perhaps my attire didn’t relay that I’m down with G.O.D. (yea you know me) enough. Though, I can’t imagine the big guy having a problem with my fantastic outfit. Or perhaps it was my undeniable sexy wedges.

Either way, they are awesome, and anyone who says any different is a square (not a cool triangle- like most wedges).
