I went to the Lycée Francais de New York from kindergarten through high school so a big chunk of my childhood clothing shopping took place at Bonpoint. At one point, my mother and I were there so often they gifted me one of their bunny art pieces hanging in their New York City store because I always would come in begging for it…you’d pull a string and the animals would dance. I still have it in my parents’ basement! Now, years later, who would think I’m once again sporting Bonpoint?? But I am, as the brand has launched a line of skincare. Their first product, a hand cream, was just released this month while the rest of the range will hit the States in November and December (though if you find yourself in France this summer/fall, you can shop the full range now). The packaging is clean and simple – totally in line with the classic French brand, and to showcase that, the hypoallergenic range is made using natural ingredients, all of which will leave skin feeling baby soft – no matter your age.
Also, because the line is designed with baby’s skin in mind, it will work even if you have very sensitive skin. The products are also lightweight so they’re great for summer (you might want something heavier for the cold, dry months). The range includes face and body creams, foaming cream, oil and lotions. They also smell so heavenly since they’re made with orange blossom (just like the brand’s signature scent). You’ll literally smell and feel just like a freshly scrubbed and washed baby! I’m at that age when I feel like all my friends are having babies; it’s nice to be able to gift a new mom a product like this then – especially when she’s feeling anything but her best!
