The Peyton tote (seen in past incarnations with lattice work and in neutral suede) has arguably become Maiyet’s most recognizable bag since they released it back in 2012. So it’s exciting to see it with a totally new makeover.
This airy tote with a great open-weave style has received a gorgeous treatment of laser-cut leaf embellishments. Three-dimensional, precision-perfect, and dynamic, the way these curvy leaves are scattered all around the cutout leather makes them look like butterfly wings fluttering about your tote. Of course, that only adds to the fanciful effect. You have to take a really good, close look to fully appreciate the workmanship: the level of detail is truly amazing. Feminine, curvy, and versatile: the Peyton already came with an interesting shape. This update proves that perfection can sometimes be even further perfected upon. Maiyet Peyton on Farfetch
