I’m mentally calling my personal trainer now…About two years ago, I met Christina Tosi, the chef and owner behind Milk Bar, and got a tour of the Milk Bar headquarters. She’s amazing! Such a sweet woman, and her passion for what she does and those around her is obvious. She’s constantly experimenting, and travels the world looking for unique ingredients and new methods to bring her wild imagination’s creations to life. Now she has a new cookbook spotlighting her and some of her out-of-the-box recipes. The recipes are organized by occasions; think “Weak Nights” or “Craft Night/Sleepover,” which hints back at Tosi’s playful personality and approach to baking. Not yet convinced?
