The Neo Classic is one of Balenciaga’s, well, classic styles, but we’re just now seeing it in perfected mini form. The smaller version is so great, so much better than her bigger (and bulkier) sister, which makes for an overwhelming bag that’s heavy thanks to ample hardware. Speaking of hardware, that’s what makes this shrunken rendition so special. The front lock, of course, catches the eye immediately with its juxtaposing metals, but it’s the frame that runs the length of the bag that sets it apart from other minis.
I love mini bags so much right now, especially when they’re accompanied by a crossbody strap like this one. I have no idea why I needed so much stuff before! It’s really liberating to realize you don’t always require an armful to get through a day. (I have a Slider phone case that can hold two cards and a few bills.
