From cocktail-printed clutches to rivets patterned in the shape of stars, we’ve come to expect splashy bags from Jimmy Choo, but if this white tote is any indication, the brand does simple chic just as well as it handles the statement stuff. This reminds me of the Solar hobo. Both bags focus on just one special feature – for the hobo, it was outer space-inspired circular bangles, and for this? A metal plate on the bottom to protect and provide structure to the tired shape.
White is perfect for summer, and in pebbled leather, this is easier to maintain than most (I would still be careful drinking that coffee, though – all leather is porous and absorbent). And the interior is just as functional with a zipped pocket that runs along the length of the opening, giving you more than enough room to keep valuables from falling out while you reach for larger items in the bag (this tote can fit everything) – a scarf, makeup pouch…maybe even a pair of Jimmy Choos!
