You know I love a good pouch. That slim silhouette and slender profile are all I need for my absolute essentials some days, but sometimes you crave a pouch with a little more staying power, so to speak. One that you could technically squeeze a little more into if you needed to, one with a strap. Like Tamara Mellon’s Attraction bag.
Note that it’s not totally flat. With a slight gusset (and a depth of three-quarters of an inch), it gives you just a little bit of leeway while keeping that super-sleek look in full effect. It’s also the perfect day-to-night bag when you’re traveling light. This shade of patent leather – a softly saturated shade of sunny gold – will ensure you shine in daylight or candlelight. It would be particularly super-chic set against dark tones.
I only have a couple minor objections: my main issue is with the turn-lock hardware, which doesn’t seem to serve a purpose or have any function.
