My heels tend to be rough from all the barefoot yoga I do so it’s imperative that I keep my feet moisturized to avoid having to get a pedicure every few days. An easy way to do that is to lather on a lot of foot cream and then slip on tight pair of socks before going to bed – trust, you’ll wake up with baby smooth feet! Alternatively, Bliss has a pair of super comfortable socks (for a few bucks more you can get a set that also includes foot cream), that soften your feet without the use of cream. The thick socks are lined with gel – they kind of feel like if you were to step on one of those cooling eye masks. While you could sleep with them, they’re on the heavy side and your feet won’t be all that much more moisturized than if you keep them on for 20-30 minutes. You will however notice a significant difference with these as well after a single use and they’re super convenient…especially during the winter because they’re thick and cozy!
