I was in Australia when I started seeing pictures of 
Valentina Assoluto Eau De Parfum Spray ($88-$117) pop up on Instragram and couldn’t wait to get back home to check it.I love the original Valentina (even though it’s a floral – not typically my thing). The new scent is a more seductive version of the original – think less floral more woody and fruity notes mixed with Jasmine and Tuberose. The scent is based on chypre (a mix of cedar, oak moss, and patchouli). It’s a seductive scent, which is reflected well in the undulating petals that accent the bottle….soooo Valentino! This is a great buy if you’re into a warm, but sweet scent – a pretty rare combination. It’s also surprisingly light so I foresee myself wearing it a lot during these upcoming summer nights.
