By Terry launched three key products for Spring (see their makeup looks here). I’m a nail polish freak so I was most interested in those. They’ve launched what they’re calling a base coat serum – By Terry Regenerating Nail Base – that’s designed to stimulate nail growth by replenishing oxygen to nail keratin, while also nourishing the nails..I know blah blah blah, they’re not the first to say all that, but what has me interested in this product is that there area whopping 50 actives in it! Their polishes and top coat are similarly packed with actives that go above and beyond your traditional polish. See the collection here.
Also new are their Hyaluronic Sheer Rouge lipsticks. I’ve said it a million times, but I’m not a big lipstick wearer. I was able to try one of these though and it was super moisturizing – it really does work and feel more like a balm than a lipstick and it has an SPF 10 UV filter (lips along with ears are so often overlooked when it comes to sun protection). Sheer Rouge comes in 10 shades.
Lastly the brand launched a new serum, By Terry Cellularose Brightening Serum and the stats are pretty great. 70%-plus of women who used it noticed significant results after less than two months, including more radiant, event-toned and clearer skin. What caught my eye here is that the serum has an exfoliant in it to help with cell turnover, which isn’t something I’ve ever had in a serum I’ve used and is great for summertime use when all I need is a very mild exfoliation (so convenient that it’s built-in!). It also has a really awesome rose scent.
