I love Butter! Their polishes last forever, they always seem to be ahead of the curve with shades, and even their more daring colors tend to be wearable. Their latest limited edition collection is called the Starkers Collection and they’re being built as nudes, but I like to think of these as foundations shades that make for an awesome extension of your skin tone (I can only wish I had the skintone to match the shade all the way to the left!).
I’ve worn all three shades and I love them. They’re so much more original than your typical nudes, while still being versatile enough to match with pretty much every outfit. I also find them to be perfect for this time of year when we’re technically in spring but it still feels like winter here in NYC….
Like all of the brand’s polishes they are 3 Free – no Formaldehyde, Toluene or DBP – and the names are cute! “Shandy,” “Crumpet,” and “Tea & Toast.”
