It’s my anniversary on today, and my hubby and I are going to Vegas to properly celebrate! When you’re in Sin City you’re competing for attention against thousands of dazzling lights, and you want to shine brighter than all of them. But I do Vegas tastefully (as oxy-moronic as that sounds, but it’s important to not fall in to the cheesy free for all). I’m more than up for the challenge, and these Reiss sparkle embellished leggings (at Reiss for $330) will be the anchor for my look! Pop on Miu Miu’s glitter pumps (on Net-a-Porter for $590) to streamline the hem, so that it’s not rivaling the shimmering floral beading. It’s Vegas! No ordinary monochrome heel would do. And its short height will help me stay on my feet all night! Dancing, anyone?H
I’ll top them off with a simple VPL Swathe top (at Barneys New York for $295). We’re trying to shine bright, not cause seizures! Givenchy’s Antigona envelope clutch (at Barneys New York for $1,280) will hold all of my essentials and all of my tokens. And I’ll also be bringing bangles to the table. Alexis Bittar makes tons of matching bracelets, so I’ll pile together a few of his Nordstrom exclusives – a stone cap cuff ($245), a hinged bracelet ($295), and a crystal-encrusted hinged bangle ($255). I like to stack the odds in my favor, so I always leave the casino a winner!
