This is how much I love lavender – I went all the way to Provence (aka the lavender mecca of the world) to visit the museum. As you can probably tell, I’m a real advocate of aromatherapy. When I was in France, I bought a years supply of pure oil, but I’ve finally run out. This might be the perfect excuse for a Provencal vacation, but I’ve save my frequent flier miles for now and continued the search for stateside lavender. It’s hard to find creams that smell like actual plant – the earthiness is missing with the synthetic stuff that so many companies peddle. But this K. Hall Designs lavender cream is the real deal – it’s one of the best I’ve found! With rich shea butter and aloe, it has a nice, thick consistency that moisturizes, while still smelling as heavenly and fragrant as nature intended. And with the dry winter months, now is the time to stock up on your favorite creams. I keep mine everywhere (next to the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, on the coffee table, desks, and in my car!), and at 3.4 ounces, you can even take this on a plane!
Available at K. Hall Designs for $20.
