After interviewing Anastasia about how to get Kim K’s eye lashes I immediately set out to see if an eye lash primer really could make a difference. I can’t believe it took this long for me to try one! I swear by my Hourglass primer for my face- it makes all the difference when I’m wearing liquid foundation and eye shadow and now I swear by Urban Decay Eyelash Primer Potion Eyelash Primer Potion ($20) – it really makes a HUGE difference for your lashes. Not only does my mascara go on smoother and clump-free after I prime with this wand, but Primer Potion makes mascara last longer. It also helps condition lashes to help keep them strong. I’ve also noticed that I’m loosing less lashes when I take off my mascara. Make sure however not to put on too much since the primer is very white. It also dries relatively quickly so you don’t want to wait too long before applying your mascara.
