These adorable black cat flats ($65) are purrfect just in time for Halloween! But don’t worry about them being seasonal. She will be wearing these until she grows out of them. In fact, I bet you’ll have a hard time getting her to take them off! Tots love jelly shoes, and the cuteness factor here could not be greater (see the little whiskers??). Kids want what they wear to be entertaining. Light up sneakers are normally the best example of this, but for something more elegant, these Mary Jane style shoes are the way to go.
