Hands down the BEST sunscreen I have ever, ever, EVER used is Prevage Triple Defense Shield SPF 50 Sunscreen PA +++ ($79). The brush applicator is totally genius. Not only does it make for an easy, controlled application, but you don’t waste any product (think about how much lotion you waste by first applying it to your hands), and unlike a spray you can target specific areas with greater ease. The brush feels soft against skin and the formulation is not the least bit chalky. It’s heavier than your ordinary moisturizer, but it is moisturizing so it will work doubly duty. It’s pretty unbelievable how smooth this product’s texture is given that it has an SPF of 50. To boot its got a matte finish and works not only to protect and moisturize, but to correct past sun damage like fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, and discolorations (did you know that the sun NOT age is to blame for ALL wrinkles??). The brush also has a lock so you can throw the wand in your bag without worrying that sunscreen will spill into the cap.
