It’s rare that a product that claims to be a one-size-fits-all for color actually lives up to that claim, but the It Cosmetics Brow Power Universal Eyebrow Pencil ($24) really does have a color that will work for just about anyone. It’s also long-wearing (it lasts all day when I use it), waterproof, and formulated with a brow enhancing complex to help restore brow hair follicles to promote healthy hair growth. The fact that it’s a double-ended wand is also a nice bonus (who wands to fuss with a bunch of tools!?), and the brush on the other end does a really nice job at smoothing out your hairs and softening the overall look created with the color. Great timing too now that the full brow look is coming back:)
