There’s nothing not to love about the perfectly juxtaposing look of a just-fluffy-enough tutu paired with a classic military jacket. It’s the coolest blend of frilly and fundamental, deliciously dainty and rough-and-tumble. And it’s an ensemble that’s easy to put together, since most every little girl already has a tutu.
