Mulberry Trolley Suitcases: A First-Class Edition

True designer luggage that’s not exorbitantly expensive: Mulberry has just gone where few labels have. While I’d love to have a full Valextra collection, these pack-and-go trolley suitcases are nothing to scoff at.

The Henry suitcase ($935) is impossibly easy in black water-resistant, woven nylon that’s trimmed in leather. Simple, yes, but bright gold hardware give it life and keep it from being boring. When it comes to luggage, you  might not want to be so ostentatious and shout, look at me, I have good stuff packed inside!!!

But then again…The Leopard Scotch Grain variation ($1,350) is bold and brave and some would never have it any other way. We all know by now that leopard print is not a trend, but timeless and classic. So I see no reason not to commit to it with your suitcase. Especially when it’s as neutral as this. Scotch grain plastic has a grainy leather effect and it can take more wear and tear, while the tan leather accents step it up a notch. Army-green canvas trim imbues an appropriate urban-safari vibe. I can’t wait to hit the road!

Pair with: Go for playfully mismatched by stashing your magazines and other easy-access gear in Marc Jacobs Khaki tote, color-blocked perfectly in camouflage green, ivory, and black At Barneys New York for $1,795.
