A few weeks ago I wrote about how Oscar Blandi’s Pronto Dry Shampoo changed my outlook on dry shampoos and the love is still going strong! It’s pretty unbelievable that I can go to the gym, work my bum off, feel gross, but can still get away with showering without washing my hair thanks to this yummy smelling dry shampoo. Now that I’ve gone from washing my hair way more than I should (nearly every day), to a more healthy regimen of washing it every other or every two days I’ve, for the first time, had a need for a dry styling product. What better one to try out than Oscar Blandi Pronto Dry Styling Heat Protect Spray ($22)? It had the same lemon-y scent as the dry shampoo, helps protect hair when heat styling (nothing worse than when you hear your flat iron sizzling!), imparts a bit of shine, is formulated with keratin proteins to help strengthen hair, and gives hair the hold you need to last you through the night (trust…I used this a few nights ago when I went to nightclub – something I haven’t done in ages – it kept my hair in tact till well after 3am). The one caveat about this product is that a little goes a long way, so apply with moderation or risk ending up with crunchy hair — and no one wants that!
