Cuffs can turn a shy shoe into a bombshell and that’s precisely what happened with the Costume National wedges. These color blocked pumps would have been cute and trendy without the strapped addition, but they would have been a lot less memorable. The cuff strap adds an element of sex appeal and makes the over all look of the shoe more polished.
