Dressing like my tots isn’t really my thing. Unless we’re in PJs, the “Mommy and me” look isn’t happening. But I love this colorful Milly beaded shift for myself – and for a tot, too. I just don’t know if I’m down for us wearing them together. While the dress, with beaded embellishments that the kiddie version doesn’t have or need, is as great for mom as it is for your little girl. Usually these dress alike sets make the either the mom look like a toddler or the tot looking too mature. I feel silly walking down the street having forced my tot to be a literal Mini-Me for the day. On the other hand, if you have a professional photographer booked, these ethnic-retro dresses could be a cute and acceptable choice for mother and daughter.
