I am fully aware that those of you out there who are not tassel/fringe fanatics that you will most likely despise this bag. It does some-what resemble something out of a western movie that would be hanging off a saddle. However, for the people who enjoy the little movement a tassel gives a piece, or the laid back- 70’s feel that fringe inspires, then I have just the bag for you!
The Paul & Joe Pogo tasseled leather messenger bag will be huge this spring. Messenger’s are so convenient with crossbody capabilities and the light beige of the soft leather is perfect for all of the light colors spring will bring. The gold tip tassels will put a little twinkle in your eye and the fold over flap will sing you into the new season with ease.

I quite like this even though I am not in to the messenger style.
We recently got the 1st season of Sons of Anarchy in NZ and I loved, loved, loved the bag Wendy had when she came back clean. The fringing on it went to the floor! Such a rockstar bag. I would love one exectly the same, no matter how impractical it looks.
Hippie…style?! This is so geek 😐

Let me give you a little wisdom on messengers. If the leather is uber-soft, and the front (after the flap is open) does not attach to the back of the bag in any way via a snap, clip, (zipper best) or SOMETHING, the front will buckle lower and your stuff will fall out. It does not matter if the flap has a magnetic closure or even a buckle snap or strap to the front. The inside MUST close in some way other than the flap folding over itself. The leather will “puddle” and droop down.Trust me. Construction on these is tricky unless you get a full zip to or the closure I mentioned. This bag looks soft and might present that problem after some use.
