Last week, Rose McGowan attended the People StyleWatch’s “A Night of Red Carpet Style” event at Decades and boy did she knock it out of the park. The actress wore a stunning Juan Carlos Obando Spring 2011 dress in the most brilliant green ever. The plunging neckline is sexy and is great paired with the flared skirt. I know this isn’t BeautySnob, but how stunning is her hair? Could it be any shinier? Don’t think so. And I know this isn’t ShoeSnob, but her silver spiked Christian Louboutin booties are to die for. You might remember them as the same shoes Olivia Wilde wore to the Golden Globes, but OW’s were yellow gold. This entire look is amazing, and even though she once wore a dress on the red carpet with Marilyn Manson where she was practically naked yet covered in black silly string, I am a big fan.
