Last week I headed over to the Harry Winston flagship to get a sneak peak at their Lily Cluster collection, which will launch in May. Walking into the Fifth Avenue boutique is a serious bling-fest and come on, who doesn’t love that, but there isn’t much in the way of every day jewelry. The Lily Cluster collection is a nice alternative for the day-time, even if I had to get my claustrophobic self into a teeny tiny elevator and up to Harry Winston’s former office to see it! I mean, don’t get me wrong, I’d never in a million years want to take off an 8.8 carat Harry Winston cocktail ring if it ever made its way to me, but for those who don’t want to worry about getting mugged on the subway, this collection, inspired by 1940s Harry Winston sketches, is understated and light, but still timeless and chic. Of course it’s the least casual piece in the collection, the earrings, that appeal to me the most – stunning! Someone please tell my boyfriend that my favorite flowers are lilies…
The Harry Winston Lily Cluster Collection launches in May at Harry Winston stores worldwide and includes pendants, earrings bracelets, rings, and barrettes. Pieces are set in platinum or yellow gold and prices start at $4,900.
