The gel-creme is meant to be run through damp hair. You just let it sit a minute, then loosen it up a little with your hands. You can use it on your roots too for extra lift or use a diffuser if it’s volume you’re after. It can also work double-duty on dry hair to tame obnoxious frizzies…my big spring/summer peeve!
