Nanette Lepore Floral Metallic Leather Evening Clutch takes you on a psychedelic ride on cracked metallic leather. It almost looks like a watercolor painting. This is what it must look like to take hallucinogens and sit in a Betsy Johnson store.
I enjoy a lot about this bag. One of those things is, in fact, its crazy colors and texture. It would certainty stand out and with the right outfit I think could work. I also dig the red interior. It’s an interesting choice given the pastels on the outside. However, I think this bag needs to be about half the size that it is, and (I can’t believe I am saying this because I usually ADORE them) but I don’t like the tassels. It’s a bit much for such an already busy bag.
Still, this bag is fun, and makes me want to go to a club and have someone teach me how to Dougie.
What do you think- Slob or snob? If you want to taste the rainbow, pick it up at Saks for $325
Snob! Reminds me of a Christian Lacroix bag my mother has. Great price point, too.
Like it!
i think it’s hideous!
Went to the Saks website and totally agree about the size I would have thought it would have been more a wallet sized clutch. If it was smaller I would love it, cute colours and I love crinkled metallic. I think the tassel would also work if the clutch was smaller.
Slob.
It’s ugly and looks dated.
A first for me because I love loud color, shine, sparkle, and pink. Just not all at the same time.
