While both her sisters were a mess (the red hair on Khloe? All that embroidery on Kourtney?), Kim Kardashian couldn’t help but be the standout of the trio at the People’s Choice Awards. It didn’t hurt that her choice of dress–a chic Malandrino cocktail number–fit her like a glove and showed off her best assets. The print is flattering and modern and the draping adds great dimension. While her hair initially had me souring, wearing it down would have overwhelmed the dress and her petite frame. It also helped show off the Rina Limor necklace and her excellent bone structure. Kim rounded out the accessories with Amrapali earrings, Louboutins, and a Chanel clutch. Couple all that with a true professional red carpet pose and you’ve got one of the evening’s standout ensembles.
