While I would no doubt agree with you that it verges on being a work of art, I have come to expect more from Mr. Van Noten. His artistry and craft is so methodical and composed that when something like this rolls along, one can’t help but think he looked at this thick-heeled pump and said, “Sequins! Sequins!” Ladies, skip this shoe and use the money toward one of his highly sublime coats.
