I have one of those sofas that does not have an actual upholstered back but instead has a million pillows. Needless to say, this was acquired pre-tot days. And needless to say these pillows spend more time on the floor as building blocks for forts and castles than as actual furniture. Not that anything can completely eliminate the desire to play with these pillows but these jumbo blocks are definitely a better alternative for building material. “These blocks are more structurally sound” may sound enticing but it is the dismantling and the crumbling of fort walls that makes it so much fun, isn’t it? Well at least with these blocks I won’t have to send my pillow covers to the dry cleaners as often (oh did I mention these were all silk pillows?). The set with 16 pieces is $72 at Amazon
