Delicious and divine. Anne Hathaway oughta wear Oscar de la Renta every single day of her life. No young actress in her peer group has more elegance and panache to pull off the designer’s gorgeous creations than Ms. Hathaway. Over the weekend Anne dazzled in a Spring 2011 de la Renta gown while in Oslo, Norway, to co-host the Nobel Peace Prize concert. Her choice of gown could not have been more jaw-dropping: a white heart printed silk chiffon gown with ruffle hem that plays up her well-toned physique while offering a bit of playful whimsy (are those hearts? or cherries? or apples?). I also love that Anne kept the asymmetrical dress simple with subtle earrings, a gorgeous cocktail ring and a Roger Vivier clutch in the same color family. The dress, as to be expected from de la Renta, is cut in a most flattering silhouette: form fitted on top but with a looser train that projects just the right amount of fun and fancy.
Stunning! She always looks so gorgeous. You can never go wrong with Oscar!
