You know when you are flipping through a magazine and you see a model in something that even makes her look fat and you think, “Seriously, if it makes a model look bad then I am so not wearing it!”? Unless of course you are Karlie Kloss and you’re reading this, then you probably never say that, but you understand and now I’m rambling. But you get it. Well there are times when someone can rock a frock better than the model, and this is one of those times.
Carey Mulligan attended the 2010 BAFTA Los Angeles Britannia Awards and she looks fantastic in this Preen Spring 2011 dress. Her sleek hair is so elegant; it elongates her neck which is great with a higher scoop neck. The skirt is loose enough to where she can pull of this hard-to-wear length. The swirly beaded detail on the bodice is gorgeous and she completed her look with bright blue YSL Palais pumps.
