Liz Earle Launches Haircare

Liz Earle Naturally Active Skincare just launched their first haircare line called Botanical Shine. It includes a shampoo ($14.50) and 3 conditioners ($14.50), each designed for a specific hair type (Normal, Oily, and Dry or Damaged). I’ve tried a bunch of Liz Earle products these past few years and they all deliver performance-wise, my main peeve with the line has been that sometimes the scents aren’t the most pleasing. Luckily I didn’t have that issue with the haircare line as both the plant-based shampoo and conditioner have a refreshing, light fruit smell. My go-to hair products are from Kerastase and it’s pretty much impossible for anyone to top them, but Liz Earle is a good on-a-budget alternative. It’s way better than any similarly priced drugstore brand I’ve tried, which usually require me to use a mask after conditioning and the formulations include a ton of botanical ingredients (vitamin E, West African shea butter, blue seakale, yangu oil, apple and orange extracts, black cohosh, and meadowfoam oil), so you don’t have to worry about weighing your hair down with a ton of chemicals (always a good thing!).
