It’s raining!! Yay or nay depending on how you feel about it but one thing is for sure, rain boots are a must. These patent leather ribbon lace up boots are as adorable as they are essential for the rainy season, but who says it has to even rain? These are so cute with tights and jeans, she is going to wear these all the time. I know the ribbon looks like it could be a wet mess and maybe even muddy but they are easy enough to remove to clean.
