Friday, October 1st was the 8th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party. This party brought out the classy young Hollywood stars (read: certain spoiled young celebs weren’t invited). One of those classy stars happens to be Kelly Osbourne (who knew, right?). The reformed wild child has spent recent years becoming a lady.
But who really cares if she’s reformed or way skinny when she’s wearing a dress like this! Kelly wore an adorable Zac Posen dress from the Fall 2010 collection. The black dress is anything but basic. It really accentuates how tiny her torso is becoming. The ruffles on the hips create a nice hourglass shape.
