Donna Karan is the epitome of a New York designer. She represents anything and everything New York. Which is why I’m slightly baffled as to why Hilary Swank would wear this gorgeous Donna Karan Resort 2011 dress to the “Conviction” premiere in London? Of course the location of the gown is beside the point. Unless she’s wearing it to rub in the fact that New York is better than London, in which case, bravo.
Though Hilary’s toned arms were highlighted, the actress let the goddess gown do the rest of the talking. The metallic lamé draped over her skin as if it was made for her. She accessorized with only a pair of small earrings and a clutch. Her Hollywood-style curls kept the look glamorous, you know, just in case the gown wasn’t enough. Which it was.
