Slowly but surely, some of the world’s most exclusive fashion brands are debuting their own timepieces. Last season Bottega Veneta unveiled a new watch out later this fall; and now, Nicolas Ghesquière used his Spring 2011 runway show to mark the world debut of his brand’s first-ever watch. The limited-edition timepiece will retail for a seemingly reasonable $1,400 when it debuts in its own boutiques in November. To allow for individuality, straps will be available in leather, python, crocodile or lizard. At first glance the watches look like chunky bracelets. The bracelets mimic the design of luggage straps, complete with old-fashioned buckle closure, while the actual face is circular–but set on a rectangular platform.
Verything made from Balenciaga, to say better from Ghesquiere is perfect adn gorgeus!!! Love these watches and love balenciaga’s style…unique and glamour!
