OMG! This bag is a show stopper. I apologize for the poor quality image but I had to take pictures of it myself to show you. First of all, I am SOOO glad Roger Viver revised their logo, it is an immeasurable improvement on the Pilgrim buckle. It is a more effective use of negative space for impact and intrigue. It is so brilliant, why didn’t they do it sooner?? But now that they’re here, they are going to see some new fans. And not just on account of the logo, the entire new collection is amazing (Man Snob Jim and I are obviously on the same page). While everyone else is doing leopard, they differentiate themselves with giraffe ponyhair which is so much more polished and sophisticated. There are flaps are on both sides, the back has the embossed square instead. I love this bag so much but the price is a bit of a deterrent, it’s small-ish and not all ponyhair so I’m raising an eyebrow at the $2925 price tag.
