Is this droolworthy or what? Ladies, get your pair before they sell out! Bergdorf’s has just gotten in this grey satin Nicholas Kirkwood pump with–get this–PEARL platform. I don’t know about you, but I’m a guy and even I want to own a pair of these beauties (they can’t be beat at under $1,000). Yes, they’re fragile–so wear them with caution and not in precipitation–but they’re terribly chic and head-turning. They’ll also perfectly complement pencil skirts or evening gowns. The row of dark pearls lining the base of the heel isn’t exactly subtle, but it’s a simple touch of femininity in an unexpected way that’s guaranteed to turn heads. One note of caution: do not–I repeat, do not–even think about stomping in these shoes!
$995, available at Bergdorf Goodman, 212-872-2750
They’re absolutely stunning! Thanks for sharing!
Whatever…
Chanel’s done it before and it looked way cooler. Jane Alridge has a red pair that are truly to die for.
This shoe looks like the pearls were an afterthought but with the Chanel version they look they are a true part of the design, and I’m not just saying that because I love chanel. When they screw up, which is actually far more often than most cough *fur boots* cough *patchwork bag* I make no excuses. But the Kirkwood doesn’t even compare to the Chanel.
these are beautiful!
I haven’t seen the CHANEL shoes (going to search for them after this comment lol) that are similar, but these are really cute! I wish I could afford them!
There you go the Chanel one!

They came in different colours. Jane Alridge had the red ones.
I like these better than the Chanel ones, actually. This pump is more sleek and feminine to my eye (not that I don’t love the Chanel pump). 🙂
