The Veneta is Bottega Veneta’s most classic and signature bag. It is simple, utilitarian but ultimately chic. Some find it to be a bit too plain (even though the woven leather should be enough detail for any bag, it is immaculate and eye candy with the tactical texture) so a seasonal variation on the bag, like this confetti (or Plisse) in the maxi (the size makes it more fashion forward) in bright and happy fuscsia is for those looking for function as well as impact. You take texture and layer texture on top of it then make it PINK and what you get is fireworks! I love bringing color to my Fall wardrobe, I mean, isn’t the weather dreary enough? Bright bright bright is what we need. I love this bag so much, I just wish it wasn’t $3450 but if you see the craftsmanship to make this happen, you will appreciate it even more. I usually love all things BV, but when I look at this bag it reminds me of somebody having very very dry skin patches.
I like the color, but I am not a fan of the confetti in the middle.
But, I don’t really like Bottega Veneta. So my comments can be taken with a grain of salt.
It looks like it’s falling apart.
