Despite not being able to wear them, something about these Marni boots drew me to them. Maybe it’s their one-part futuristic/one-part retro vibe–I love the solid platform block heel–but either way, this boot, part of Marni’s Edition collection is the way to be warm and chic this winter. While the core of the leather/nylon/rubber boot is black, it features what Marni calls a “green nylon flare” (that paper-like portion on top) that adds an extra dimension of fashion-forward style to them. The double-button buckle aside, utilitarian these boots are not–but they sure will make a fabulous fashion statement come that first snowfall.
