Inspired by the quirkiness of wealthy beach towns, MJ worked a pastel color palette on a collection heavy on ultra-feminine skirts and dresses. Eccentricity always comes into play with Jacobs, and that came in the form of taking feminine and flirty to the max with skirts that were both midlength conservative and microscopic sexy–with fabric that kicked out at the rear. Floral appliqués? Check. Tweeds? Check. Playful preppy? To the max!
