Hugh Hayden is an incredibly talented architect and furniture designer and I’m very lucky that he also happens to be one of my very best friends from Cornell! Of course that makes me a bit biased, but given that his furniture has been featured everywhere from W Magazine and Teen Vogue to Style.com and New York Magazine, I’m certainly not alone in my admiration (especially impressive since he’s a one-man shop with no PR team or publicist reaching out to publications for exposure). Hayden never ceases to amaze with his talent and boundless ideas and his FUNature is the latest example of that. What tot wouldn’t love a chair, table, or other furniture piece made out of balls from ball-pools (like the kind tots play in at IKEA and the likes)? Eye-catching, smile-inducing, and just plain fun, all pieces are custom made by Hayden himself and you and your tot can pick your color combination and the shape you’d like the piece to take. Plus the chairs are eco-conscious given that they’re made from discarded balls.
