This fanny pack from the Spring Summer 2010 Louis Vuitton collection might be a little over-the-top, but I’m dying to get my hands on it! I mean if you’re going to go out in public sporting a fanny pack it better be something kind of kooky (I can’t stand the classic two-pocket Gucci one that everyone and their mother bought after SJP wore it in a Sex and the City episode…from what I’ve heard it’s still one of Gucci’s top sellers). I have a fanny pack I like to wear every so often myself — it’s from Patricia Field, blue, and totally covered in sequins (delightfully tacky!). Fanny packs are actually super convenient, especially this time of year when there are so many sticky hands around. Rihanna’s LV has a very similar vibe to the messenger Victoria Beckham was recently spotted in, but the bells and whistles work a lot better on Rihanna’s piece. How fun would it be to go out for a girl’s night out in a LBD, killer heels, and this bag around your waist??
