One of my greatest find on my recent trip to Hong Kong was the discovery of Nicolas & Bears children’s wear. At first glance it is all the typical “kids trying too hard to look like adults”clothes that I usually don’t favor for my little one. Upon closer inspection, this European designed Hong Kong based children’s brand offers some truly stylish outerwear that moms may even want to get some in their own size. I was particularly fond of the unisex gingham down jacket, which covers down to the knee and is perfect for kids to wear out for their first snow fight this season. In stores they also come in pink and navy blue gingham, but I feel the black and white is the most classic of all. Unfortunately the brand only has outlets in Asia at this time (and the company website really does not justify the actual selection at the store), but If you happen to be traveling near the neighborhood you might want to drop in for a quick peek.
