We had our doubts about AW bags after the Coco duffel disappointment but Alexander Wang’s Jess Small Shopper might sway him back in our favor again. Loving the overall shape and design of the bag and the slashed leather factor is majorly cool but am worried all the studs and hardware on my belts will catch on the strips of leather. This is what happens when you get old, you get all practical and think too much when you (meaning me) should just appreciate this slouchy cool and edgy bag. Go look at it in person, the strips of leather are meticulously placed against the seams, this is about 100% better made than the Coco.
It’ a great casual bag and from the pics it looks well made. But the practical part of me knows I am a true clutz and I would catch and rip those neat little strips in a nanosecond.
Love it!
Like this bag!
Finally a small bag! Can someone help suggest bags less than 12″ in width? Being 5’7 & 105 lbs (I know, I know), I cannot pull off these huge accessories. Not to mention I can’t even stuff the bags with goods, as all I carry are my cell phone, wallet, car keys, lip gloss & an Ipod. Cannot find smaller, stylish bags larger than a clutch.
I like it –
I emailed Bag Snob Kelly about this bag a week ago. I was scared to order w/o having seen it IRL. Kelly advised against it, but the bag was already on it’s way. I love it! It’s just the right amount of edge w/o being too over the top. I got a great deal on it via Mick Margo with a coupon code.
My first thought when I saw this bag was ..wow..love the understated edge! That is something I can see keeping in my collection on a permanent basis.
But, I will be curious to know how it actually wears over time….April..I hope you come back and post about that!
My girlfriend asked me to buy 99 roses for her on Valentine’s Day.
It’s crazy!
Finally, I bought a new chanle bag for her at

she was happy with this bag and let me free~~~~

I really like this bag too, nice touch with slits on the side.
Some of you ladies need to get over this “I’m too little to carry a big bag” syndrom. It is just your mother talking! I see these little tiny women all the time carrying big bags and they look FANTASTIC! It shows they have style and confidence. It does not overpower them it EMPOWERS them! Same goes for bold jewelry, especially earrings!
