This is quite edgy for Lanvin and I love it. It is a little bit lady and a little bit Rock ‘n Roll. I am not a studs person, even in the 80’s I managed to avoid studded belts but on a classic bag in patent red, it seems like the perfect embellishment! My issue with Lanvin has always been the chains and the closures, they are lovely to look at but not too practical, so this folded over flap style with turnlock closure might just get me to open my current bag and flash my wallet. The double handles also makes it much easier to gain access and length is even long enough for my body building arms =) Although I love the color, I won’t actually go there for this bag, with so much going on already, the studs, tassle, closure, etc. I need a more subdued color to make this go a long way. I am still on a blue kick, so if the powers that be are listening, come this Spring you will get at least one sale if you can manage a bright neutral blue! At Barneys New York for $2,180.
I really like this one. It’s all weird and interesting at the same time. The turnlock may turn out more practical than it looks.
Makes me think of a night out with the girls.Sassy, ready for anything.
Love the Lanvin bag. Ive been using for almost a year and the quality is amazing.
