Add height and drama with these insanely fabulous pumps from Stella McCartney. I saw these and inspected the physics of the heel to see how one could stand, but sure enough these are not only over the top fabulous but are comfortable when standing. Walking however was a bit trickier. You have to kind of do the model stomp because the bottom stops before the heels. I love the nude patent, it allows you to “wow” up a boring dress or even pants – who can look at anything else when you have these on? The metal plates on the back of the heels give a bit of edge but if you’re like me and hang your feet on chairs and rails, this will save the wood from scratching. The platform is half an inch and the heel is another 5 inches, which means with these on Tina and I will be about the same height. I can hear Tina’s keyboard clicking away now as she orders =) At Net a Porter for $1145.
I LOOOVE Stella McCartney shoes…her clothes never seem to flatter me..mostly because of the washed-out colors she uses, but her shoes are always amazing — sometimes painful (I have a pair of red silk ones that I love, but they feel like they’re lined with wood!).

The design of this wedge is amazing! Very glad you showed both the side view and the back view in your post. The real beauty is the attention to detail exhibited in the heel design. Love ’em!
